LYRICAL / Ballet DANCE CLASS:
Classes work at the barre for technique and strength skills and center and across the floor steps to develop balance, speed and strength as in the traditional ballet class.

Lyrical combinations are also incorporated into the class.

Lyrical dance uses more emotions and feelings to tell a story about the dance piece.

More worship and praise music is used in this class or slower modern music with emotional lyrics.
