Dance families,
Last week we handed out forms in each class that included the costume order form for the Spring Recital. If you are new to us, please know that in order to keep costs down and to get costumes in time, we must order them as early as possible. In order to participate in the spring recital, the dancer must purchase the costume we’ve chosen for each class. There is no need to return a form for sizing as we will measure students in classes during the next few weeks. If you pay for the costume, we will order you one. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The costume for each class will be added to your account this week. It is Due November 6th. ($85 per costume) EVEN IF YOU ARE ON AUTO PAY, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL NOT NOT NOT BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY. You must log in to make the payment yourself. This policy is in effect so that accounts do not get charged for monies if you are not prepared to have it come out. The best way to pay is with cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or cash app so the studio does not get charged a fee.
On the back of that form is costume information for each class for the CHRISTMAS program. We’ve discussed with each class what they need to be in the Christmas program. Ballet classes are borrowing costumes from the studio, Teen jazz has special shirts ordered or them, tumbling 1 have special leotards ordered for them from Amazon, everyone else has guidelines on what to wear for the routine. We strive for you to not spend a ton of money on something they won’t wear again. If there is something the studio purchased for your dancer, you will receive a separate email explaining that.
Here is the form for your reference.
